The Experience

The Course

The Italian Cooking Class blends culinary practice, cultural awareness, and sensory education. Students explore the core ingredients of Mediterranean cuisine such as olive oil, grains, vegetables, legumes, cheese, fish, fruit, and herbs, approaching each one as the result of agricultural knowledge, climate, and tradition.

Through daily hands-on sessions, they learn essential cooking techniques such as knife skills, basic preparations, fermentation, roasting, grilling, preserving, and simple cooking methods, gradually building confidence in the kitchen while understanding how technique shapes flavor, texture, and balance

Italian Cooking Classes

Parallel to practice, students develop ingredient awareness and sensory sensitivity, learning to recognize quality, seasonality, and nutritional properties. Food is explored as culture and storytelling: a way to understand place, memory, and conviviality.

The program we offer isn’t just a food experience, but it extends beyond the kitchen through field trips to local producers, where students encounter the people and environments behind Italian ingredients.
Set within Florence and opening toward the wider Tuscan landscape, the course offers a contemporary yet deeply rooted introduction to Italian food culture, understood as both a daily practice and a shared cultural heritage.

Final Project

This culinary journey concludes with a collective and experiential final moment centered on cooking, sharing, and reflection.
Drawing on the techniques and principles developed throughout the course, students collaboratively prepare a final convivial meal that brings together ingredient knowledge, seasonality, and balanced menu construction.

Italian Cooking Classes

This concluding experience is more than just a cooking class in italy: it synthesizes practice, cultural understanding, and sensory awareness, emphasizing food as a social and cultural act.
The final outcome reflects the course’s core philosophy: cooking as an expression of care, simplicity, and connection between ingredients, territory, and people.

The Experience

Final Project

The Course

This is not a traditional cooking course. It’s an intensive learning experience rooted in Italian food culture, creativity, and contemporary design thinking.

Held in the heart of Florence, our intensive Culinary School invites students to explore the culinary world through a multidimensional lens, combining hands-on kitchen practice with conceptual development, cultural research, and entrepreneurial tools. The program begins with workshops on food storytelling and concept design, then moves into hands-on kitchen training in a real restaurant, where students cook, plate, and collaborate as part of a real team.

Students receive chef training in a professional environment, learning traditional and contemporary cooking techniques, mastering the fundamentals of food systems, and exploring the history and culture of Italian cuisine. Field trips to local food and wine producers enrich the experience, connecting students with sustainable, artisanal supply chains.

Alongside this, field visits and seminars explore sustainability, local sourcing, and food ethics, giving students the tools to turn culinary ideas into meaningful experiences.

The Experience

Our Culinary Arts School offers more than a cooking education — it provides a comprehensive and thoughtful approach to the culinary world, encouraging students to engage with food as both craft and culture.

Inspired by Italian design thinking, the program emphasizes creativity, functionality, and cultural awareness in every aspect of the learning process — from the conception of a dish to the development of a culinary brand. Just as Italian design blends beauty, meaning, and purpose, students are invited to explore food not only as nourishment but as an expressive medium capable of telling stories, building connections, and generating value.

Final Project

The final project is your chance to shape and present your own culinary brand.

You’ll create a food concept that reflects your values and style, complete with a seasonal menu, brand identity, and visual presentation. It’s a creative statement and a professional showcase.

This project is where your voice as a culinary thinker comes to life.
