The Oltrarno is at the same time one of the oldest neighborhoods in Florence and one of its trendiest. Here lies the heart of Florentine Craftsmanship, where tiny botteghe carry on the unmatched tradition that shapes the Soul of our City. Our main Campus naturally and inevitably links to this historical World, nurturing a new generation of creative minds. Here we host the majority of our Programs:

Sant’Ambrogio
One of the oldest districts in Florence, Sant’Ambrogio neighborhood is the guardian of the Florentine culinary heritage and traditions through its markets and restaurants. Cibréo has been established here decades ago and still reigns as the face, heart and soul of these narrow streets. We could not have placed our Culinary Academy anywhere else, and we are proud of it. With six establishments across Florence, students are going to live the behind the scenes of a Culinary running business, exploring the art of Italian cuisine and more.
